Returns and refunds

We will always do our best to ensure that the products delivered to you are in excellent condition and accurate. However, the following types of products may be required for return and refund:

♦ Wrong product in original order

♦ Missing product

If you receive any of the above products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and comply with the following terms:

1. Items must be in their original purchase terms.

2. All packaging of each item must be left unopened and not damaged in any way.

3. Items purchased as a set or sets must be returned as a set.

4. Items marked "Non-refundable" and/or "Non-refundable" on the Website will not be included in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. All gifts and purchase items in the order will be returned as per the order receipt.
